Tasty fat find A group of scientists from Deakin University, University of Adelaide, CSIRO and Massey University have discovered that humans have a sixth taste – fat, along with sweet, salt, sour, bitter and umami. This research could lead to development of better low-fat foods people will be less likely to abandon.
